The Plant’s Next Phase

After a plant establishes itself, it’s common to see a planter struggle because he has not developed the skill to lead the church to its next phase.

As a result, the church levels off a bit. Doubt and discouragement often follow.

Your network has invested a lot of time, talent, and treasure to get this church off the ground. You want to get it to the next level.

You need a proven system to get it there. Do you?

This is when Shane Sunn, the Executive Director of the Aspen Grove Church Planting Network, came to us.

He saw our process, learned how we worked with pastors and observed how we develop skills to get the church to the next level.

He loved it and agreed to send us planters from Aspen Grove who are ready to lead their church to the next phase.

  • He loved that we work alongside pastors in the same way a church planting coach works with pastors. No DIY here.
  • He loved that we have proven processes for developing leaders, assimilating new people, navigating change, making disciples who make disciples, preaching to transform, establishing a vision, and aligning the church to The Great Commission.
  • He loved our focus on developing effective skills rather than acquiring more knowledge.

Are you in the same spot as Shane?

If so, let’s chat and see if we can work together too.

Let’s connect! Drop us your name and email. We will get in touch with you.
