Offering the Right Support

TELL ME MORE ABOUT HOW YOU TRAIN PASTORS AFTER THEY ACCEPT A CALL

The military prepares their soldiers to be effective for the mission at hand. They must be skilled in weapons, teamwork, communications, medical, navigation, explosives, patrol, obedience, and be physically and mentally fit.

So they train.

We prepare pastors to be effective to shepherd churches to a healthy place.

Smaller churches require a pastor to be a generalist. They must be broadly skilled in outreach, evangelism, discipleship, preaching, planning, leading, administrating, fundraising, mobilizing people, developing leaders, worship, and counseling to name a few.

It takes years to become proficient in these skills. Odds are your new pastor will not be proficient in all of them.

So we train.

We will work shoulder-to-shoulder with him for 12 months to refine and develop his skills.

Using our time-tested processes, tools, and systems over 25 years, hundreds of pastors across 15 denominations in six countries have developed their skills. We will help him develop his as well.

This is the way we train pastors.

THE WAY WE TRAIN

There are three components to our process: coach, counsel, and consult. They complement and reinforce each other with the aim for the pastor to equip the saints to go and make disciples who make disciples.
