Our Founder, Rev. Dr. Kenneth Priddy, PhD, DMin, is one of the leading experts in the world in the church health/revitalization/assessment/leadership space. He has taught at eight seminaries and bible colleges. The proven processes and tools he has developed have been a catalyst for churches to become healthy. His research has inspired and spawned several successful church revitalization and pastoral coaching practices.

TELL ME WHY AN ASSESSMENT IS IMPORTANT
It’s the first step to figure out your church’s health.
The most significant discovery we’ve made over the past 25 years of research and practice is how the life cycle impacts your church.
Your church is either:
- Growing
- Plateauing
- Declining
If it is not growing spritually, numerically, financially, and exponentially as God sees fit, it’s has plateaued or is declining.
TELL ME WHAT TO EXPECT
It takes about 15 minutes to complete and it more accurate when you staff and the board takes it too.
The results of your annual physical tells you what is going on with your health.
If your results are not good, you will have to make adjustments in your life to get healthy.
Same is true here. Diagnoising where you land on the lifecycle will tell you what you need to know. This is ground zero and often creates a sense of urgency to “do something” like none other.
Note: “Doing something” does not mean “doing anything”. Your church does not need another program. You’ve done that. You need a different approach.

There are three broad stages of the life cycle. About 85% of American churches find themselves in the recline or decline stage.
