The Profile of a J3 Pastor with Holy Ambition
TELL ME MORE
We design the profile to define who would be a good fit for this course base on three criteria.
The profile assumes the qualifications for a pastor found in 1 Timothy and Titus.
We know that there might not be a pastor out there who could check all of the following boxes. That is why we created this course. We want to equip you to check the boxes.
We framed this profile with a lot of leadership language. We are not dismissing the pastoral care side of ministry. When you read carefully you will find that pastoral care is a part of the profile. When you get into the course, you will see it more readily. It will be found in building out processes and systems so that you can minister to more people in better ways.
