About Us

TELL ME WHO YOU ARE

The GO Center is a non-profit ministry founded by Rev. Dr. Kenneth Priddy. We work in the areas of pastoral search, church health and revitalization, leadership development, and advanced pastoral training. Read more about us below.

TELL ME WHAT YOU DO

We strengthen the local church by getting it to move in the right direction so it can attract the right pastor. Then we provide the right support post-placement for 12 months to help the pastor and leadership team to get off to a strong start.

TELL ME HOW YOU DO THAT

We Will Move Your Church in The Right Direction

We have 25 years of experience moving churches in the right direction.

Hundreds of churches across 15 denominations and six countries have benefited from our processes and systems.

These are backed by PhD and DMin research. They have also been taught at eight seminaries and bible colleges.

So You Can Attract The Right Pastor

You have to know the direction you are heading in order to attract the right pastor.

We help you figure that out, then find him for you.

We have over six years of executive level recruiting experience. Rev. David Zook recruited at the executive level before attending seminary. He was the top recruiter in his firm of over 30. He spent 14 years as a Lead Pastor in two churches. He has a deep understanding of what it takes to find the right pastor and the patience to do it.
